Main Bazar results on DPBoss are for Monday to Friday. Across the whole archive, from 2 March 2020 to 15 September 2026, there is not a single Saturday or Sunday result.

A normal week has five results, and a complete year about 251–254.

Public Main Bazar charts are laid out the same way. The weekly grid either has five columns or leaves the weekend cells empty.

The weekday is a quick check worth making. If a result you have noted as Main Bazar is dated on a Saturday or a Sunday, it is not a date this archive has a Main Bazar result for. The number may belong to another market.

Main Bazar, Main Bazaar and the Ratan Khatri story

The name is written in several ways. Chart websites mostly use Main Bazar, and some shorten it to Main. Newspaper coverage tends to spell it Main Bazaar.

That older spelling appears in accounts of Ratan Khatri, who ran a matka in Mumbai from the 1960s. News reports published when he died, along with encyclopaedia entries, say his game was known as Ratan Matka or Main Bazaar; one entry calls it Main Ratan. The sources disagree on the exact year it began, so we give only the decade.

Those accounts describe Khatri’s own operation. None of them, and none of the chart websites we checked, show that the Main Bazar results published now carry on from it. DPBoss does not present the two as the same.

For the same reason, treat Main Ratan with care: at least one current chart site lists a Main Ratan market separately from Main Bazar. This archive covers only the market listed as Main Bazar.

How Main Bazar differs from Time Bazar

Time Bazar is the other “Bazar” market on DPBoss, and the similar names hide two quite different records.

Their calendars are the clearest difference. Time Bazar has Saturday results throughout its archive, and between 8 March 2020 and 30 January 2022 it had Sunday results as well. Main Bazar has no weekend results at all.

The numbers differ too. The two archives share 1,603 dates, and on none of them is the result the same. We found no source that describes any connection between the two markets.

What the Main Bazar record covers

The archive holds 1,616 Main Bazar results.

Its first year is the thinnest. Main Bazar 2020 results begins on 2 March, and nothing is stored between 20 March 2020 and 11 May 2020, so April 2020 has no results.

From 2021 to 2025, every year has results in all twelve months.

The shorter breaks follow a pattern. Each year from 2020 to 2025 has exactly one break of ten to seventeen days with no Main Bazar results, and every one of them falls in late October or November.

Begin with the year page for the date you need. Each one groups that year’s results by month, newest month first. At five results a week, a month holds about 21 entries, so one month heading is quick to scan.

Is Main Bazar the same market as Time Bazar?

No. They are separate archives with different weekly calendars. Their results for the same date have never matched. See Time Bazar.

Is this the market Ratan Khatri ran?

Accounts of Ratan Khatri say his game from the 1960s was known as Main Bazaar or Ratan Matka. We found no reliable source showing that the Main Bazar results published now continue that operation, so DPBoss makes no such claim.

How far back does the Main Bazar archive go?

To 2 March 2020. April 2020 has no stored results; every month since May 2020 has at least one.
